RV Rate Details:

Rates are for up to two (2) people per unit. Additional persons are $2.00 per night.

Nightly and weekly rates include electricity.

 
Daily $59/night includes electricity
Weekly $284/week includes electricity
Monthly (May-October) $495/month + electricity
Monthly (November-April) $695/month + electricity
Premium Sites* (concrete pad with patio)

May-October: $549 + electricity

November – April: $849/month + electricity
6 x 6 (up to 6 months on site – no electrc hookup when not on site – must be paid in full at time of reservation) $4,788 + electricity
Mobile Home Annual Lease** $399/month or $4,788
RV Annual Lease** $495/month or $5,940

NOTES:

  • * Premium Sites 59, 75, 76, 77, 83, 84, 85, 88, 89, 90, 95, 96, 97, 112, 115, 116, 180, 181, 200, Pull through 42 & 92
  • ** Annual Sites include water, sewer, trash, and lawn maintenance.
  • Rates above include cash/check discount. 3% fee is required for credit cards.
  • Deposit of $695 is required to make a reservation for a new season
  • Balance due upon arrival
  • No refunds for early departure
  • Deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival, minus $75 service charge, with notice of cancellation
  • For cancellation requests less than 30 days prior to arrival, we will roll over your deposit to next season with an additional deposit of $100. Rollover deposits are non-refundable and may only be rolled over one time.
  • We will do our utmost to hold the site specified at time of reservation, however, we cannot guarantee that a site change will not be made
  • Guests reserving for longer periods will receive preference in site selection
  • Tenant’s submeter bills are calculated pursuant P.U.C. Subt. R. 23.51(c)(1)(G)(i).
